Directions for Use

Apply 5-7 drops of Joint-on essential oil blend on the knee or affected joint and massage gently until fully absorbed. For best results, cover with a hot towel or hot pack for instant pain relief. Use twice or thrice a day. Use for minimum 3 months for better results.
